Q: What Technical Support Does CRX Provide?  
A: Tech Support is really quite simple: if you are a CRX client and have a problem with a CRX service or product, Car Rental Express will fix it as soon as possible at no cost.

For problems that occur outside of normal business hours, you can always reach a qualified Car Rental Express representative through the Emergency Tech-Support Phone number found in the CRX Agency Administrative Workstation. If something requires urgent action, it will get it at no charge. Also, CRX is always more than happy to answer questions of a "how-to" nature in addition to system concerns.

Q: What Happens If The CRX Server Goes Down?  
A: In the extremely unlikely event that the CRX Server "Goes Down" or experiences technical difficulties, no matter what time it is Car Rental Express will immediately search out and fix the problem in conjunction with our Internet Service Provider. Over 99% of the time the CRX server is running correctly; it is extremely unusual for our server to be down.

Q: How Long Does It Take To Set My Agency Up With Car Rental Express?  
A: Setting your agency up on Car Rental Express is quick and easy. The limiting factor is how quickly your agency's representative can be trained and can load rates and information into the system. After this is done, going live is nearly instantaneous!

Q: Can I Pay Car Rental Express With A Credit Card?  
A: Yes. With proper authorization, CRX is able to process Visa and Master Card.

Q: Will You Process Credit Cards For My Agency?  
A: No. While we accept payment by credit card, Car Rental Express does not process credit card transactions for agencies from renters. However, the CRX system can be easily set to require and securely deliver credit card numbers from each renter to your agency.

Q: What Currency Will I Be Billed In?  
A: Car Rental Express bills in US Dollars. Exceptions have been made, but only under the most extraordinary circumstances.

Q: Are CRX Reservations Guaranteed?  
A: Car Rental Express unfortunately cannot guarantee that people will show up and your rental location for their reservations. However, we do guarantee that our reservations are all valid user entries and that our system count of reservations is always accurate.

Q: How Much Training Do I Need?  
A: The amount of training required to learn the Car Rental Express system greatly depends on how comfortable you are with computers. While the system is very easy to use, if you are not comfortable or experienced with computers it will take longer for you to be trained and be ready to be listed on Car Rental Express.

Car Rental Express is more than happy to assist all of our CRX Associate Agencies throughout the training process, and answer any questions they may have. Once you grow familiar with the easy, web browser based CRX Agency Administrative Workstation, changing your rates and information will be quick and easy.

Q: How Much Time Will Training Take?  
A: Each CRX training usually takes about two hours. If you are already familiar with computers and Internet browsing it will likely be faster. As you grow familiar with the system, you will find that it is quite easy to modify your rates and information. This is important, as the competitive nature of Internet travel means each car rental agency should consider monitoring their rates every single day.

Q: Can More Than One Person Be Trained?
