Boulevards Media Corporation maintains a network of urban travel sites, providing reservations for hotels, air travel and car rentals. CRX has been asked by Boulevards to provide a rental agency for each of their city websites. The chosen agency will supply their inventory to customers on the city website using CRX's online reservation system.

We are looking for the best independent car rental agencies to be suppliers to these city travel and information sites. For example, one of the cities in their network of travel sites is San Francisco (http://www.sanfrancisco.com). CRX is now offering it's agencies the opportunity to be the premier "Car Rental" link on this website. The link will direct customers to the agency's online reservation pages provided by Car Rental Express.

The benefits to the selected car rental agency are:

1. Massive city specific exposure
2. Agency is sanctioned by a major city living site
3. Quality inquiries
4. Increase in excellent reservations

The ideal independent car rental agency will be totally service focused, and must have a fleet varied and large enough to accommodate a diverse clientele. As well, the selected agency will possess an exemplary credit rating. It is very important, although not mandatory, that the selected agency service the airport. The selected agency must also participate in Car Rental Express' validation programs that promote the agency to the customer (e.g. CRX Agency Features, Car Rental Express Rating).

The Agency will agree to pay Boulevards a 10% commission on all completed car rentals that originate from car rental reservations made through the city website from the CRX's online reservation system. This 10% commission will be calculated on the total of the time and mileage paid by the renter on said rental. It is further agreed that the Agency will pay CRX US $8.50 for each non-cancelled car rental reservation made on this site.
