Auto Rental News (ARN) reports in the November 2003 online edition in the following two articles that business travel is predicted to increase in 2004 and 2005. After the declines of 2002 and 2003 this is welcome news to the travel industry in general and in particular to the car rental industry. ARN also reports that the Auto Club's (AAA) general travel bookings increased 3% from October 2002 to the same month in 2003, with the largest increase being car rental reservations which showed a jump of 18%.
